Noem Questions FEMA On Flood Date
WASHINGTON, DC —U.S. Representative Kristi Noem (R-SD) released the following letter to the Federal Emergency Management Agency which questions the designation of June 1, 2011 as the effective date for a “flood in progress” on the Missouri River for the purposes of the National Flood Insurance Program.
