The artwork of a Sioux Falls high school student will be displayed at the U.S. Capitol after winning a national contest.
Drzycimski's painting depicting a portion of the Palisades State Park will be displayed at the U.S. Capitol for an entire year.
The Congressional Art Competition began in 1982. Each congressional district has one winner.
Drzycimski won second place in South Dakota last year and his acrylic painting was displayed in Noem's office in the nation's capital.
The South Dakota Arts Council collaborated with Noem in the state's competition.
